ODM Sales (Key account manager) (Washing machines, LED Lights & Electronics1. Manage Existing Customers Accounts2. Visiting customers for the new business opportunity and to discuss regular business activities.3. Develop New customers as per target4. Business Development Activities.5. To make gap analysis business Plan & Actual.6. Bringing RFQ from the customers.7. Arranging meetings in the Company with the customers.8. Taking Schedules from the customers before 25th of every month and forward to PPC Department.9. Increasing SOB. Inwarding the Material more than Schedule.10. Supply the OEM materials according to the schedules.11. Reminding for the payment from the customers.12. Providing timely solution to the customers with timely interdepartment communication13. Satisfying the customer Queries.14. Customer Complaint Management Coordination withproduction, quality and dispatch for getting the15. proper analysis with supporting documents like CAPA, 8Dreports to close the customer complaints well within time.16. Keeping the records of Schedule V/s Supply and itsPerformance.17. Making PPC Awareness that which item to be given firstpriority that Line doesnt stop of Customers.18. Standardization of Operations Processes till customer levelPreferred location Noida Phase 2Requirements: Preferred Nice to haveEducationB.Tech Mechanical / ElectronicsM.B.A (Marketing )ERP, MS Office knowledgeHave good English & communication skills,Experience10-12 years hands on experience inmanaging ODM/OEM Customers inManufacturing industry
