Guiding them on development Full understanding of use cases related to functionality for multiple interaction channels(communities, mobile, phone, email, web) In Depth understanding of Account , Contact , Cases and other areas such as Tasks , Profiles ,Permission Set. Designed and developed solutions using OminiStudio (Vlocity Flex card , OminiScript , DataRaptors, Integration Procedure , Integration Launchers). Well versed with Order Management, CPQ, EPC Experience working with external data sources. Experience with JSON and XML OminiStudio , Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization, custom developmentusing Force.com Support users & Business Analysts to troubleshoot application issues and develop creativesolutions to support business needs Lead and manage the design, configuration, and deployment of our medium complexity CRM.
