We are seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join our team in Tirana. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for crafting high-quality upholstery for various furniture pieces.Key Responsibilities:- Upholstery Work: You will recover and repair furniture by selecting appropriate fabrics and materials, ensuring high-quality finishes.- Customization: Tailor each piece according to client specifications, redesigning existing furniture or creating new pieces to meet specific needs.- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on upholstery to extend the life of furniture.- Quality Control: Inspect completed work for quality and ensure that all standards are met before delivery or use.- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and take direction from supervisors to meet project deadlines.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of various upholstery techniques. You should be able to work with different types of textiles and materials and have the physical ability to handle heavy furniture. Strong communication skills are important, as you will interact with clients and collaborate with team members. Knows how how to disassemble and assemble auto parts such has car seats, steering wheel, dashboard, arm rest etc.3. Has experience in steering wheel skinning.4.
