We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Tour Leader/Travel Expert with excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and fluency in English and Hindi to join our Strode Experiences team.You will be responsible for guiding and managing a variety of travel experiences, leading small groups of individuals throughout their journey. You will also be responsible for providing expert knowledge of the areas of travel, as well as advise on all practical and cultural matters.Key responsibilities:1. Execute the operations of the tour as per the specified requirements and timeline2. Lead groups to visit off beat, and provide historical background and other information about these sites3. Ensure the safety of all travelers throughout the duration of the trip4. Provide support to travelers with any issues they may face during the tour5. Provide expert guidance and information regarding points of interest, and other cultural and historical information about the region6. Interact and liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure the best possible experience for the travelers7. Monitor and manage daily activities and ensure all travelers are accounted for at all times8. Resolve any conflicts that may arise and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner9. Work with the team to ensure all travelers are satisfied with their experience10. Provide feedback and reports to management regarding any issues encountered during the tour

Your ability to create a seamless and enjoyable travel experience will leave a lasting impression on our clients.Responsibilities:Destination Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of travel destinations to plan and lead tours that offer unique insights and experiences to our clients.Group Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere within the travel group, ensuring that all travelers feel comfortable and included throughout the journey.Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of the trip, including transportation, accommodations, and activities, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.Client Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.Cultural Understanding: Promote cultural sensitivity and understanding among travelers, providing context and facilitating interactions with local communities.Safety and Security: Prioritize the safety and security of travelers, following established safety protocols and guidelines.Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations and challenges that may arise during travel with professionalism and efficiency.Client Education: Share your knowledge of history, culture, and geography to enhance travelers' understanding of the destinations visited.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Tour Manager or in a related role in the travel industry.Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, including historical, cultural, and geographical aspects.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of travelers.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
