An RO (Reverse Osmosis) Service Engineer installs, repairs, and maintains water purification systems. They troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, replace consumables (filters, membranes, UV lamps), conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely field serviceKey Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning: Set up new domestic, commercial, or industrial RO and water treatment systems at customer sites.Maintenance & Repair: Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services.Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and fix electrical and mechanical faults, as well as monitor water TDS levels and filtration output.Replacements: Swap out exhausted filters, membranes, cartridges, and pumps.Documentation: Keep detailed records of service interventions, spare part consumption, and maintenance schedules.Customer Service: Address complaints professionally, educate users on safe equipment operation, and respond to service requests promptly
