We are seeking a Substation Engineer with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a B.Arch or B.E. degree and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining substation systems.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Design Substation Layouts:** Create efficient designs for power substations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.- **Conduct Site Assessments:** Visit project sites to evaluate conditions, ensuring the suitability for substation installations and modifications.- **Perform Technical Evaluations:** Analyze technical specifications and select appropriate equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and protection systems.- **Coordinate with Teams:** Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other specialists to integrate substation designs into larger project frameworks.- **Manage Project Timelines:** Oversee project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints while effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.- **Ensure Regulatory Compliance:** Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all designs and installations meet legal and safety standards.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and substation operations. Proficiency in software tools for design and simulation is essential. Communication skills are important for effective team collaboration and presenting ideas clearly.
