Roles & Responsibilities: Mechanical design of static equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, Tanks in accordance with process inputs, design basis, design calculation, detailed fabrication drawings, contractual technical conditions and codes and standards 2. Foundation loads from static equipment are shared with civil and structural department for incorporating in design of modules / skids 3. Mechanical design of rotary equipment like pumps, compressor in accordance with process inputs, design basis, contractual technical conditions and codes and standards4. Piping design like Selection of Piping MOC, Piping Calculation, Piping Layout, Piping Material Specification, Piping MTO & BOQ, design basis, contractual technical conditions and codes and standards 5. Interface with other departments like Civil & structural during detailed engineering and preparation the 3D model 6. Interface with project support functions such as planning, procurement etc. 7. Support to Supply Chain during procurement viz. preparation of technical specifications and requisitions for obtaining offers, vendor offer evaluation and providing recommendations, preparation of requisition for purchase, review of vendor documents and drawings 8. Assistance during fabrication stages and in inspection to ensure critical technology specific aspects are being met 9. Technical follow- up with vendors/ fabricators through proper communications 10. Guidance to module fabricator during construction of modules for issues relating to erection of static equipment 11. To meet quality and HSE objectives of the project(s) 12. Support to BD Team in preparing manhours and cost estimates for Mechanical department. 13. Explain and discussion with client on design documents 14. Visit project site and resolve the technical queries raised by execution contractors/client. 15. Support during project close- out activities like Final Data Books etc. 16. Static equipment ; Looking for oil and gas experience

Qualification BE /B-tech (Mechanical Engineering )Experience 8- 15YearsAccountability & Responsibility l Responsible for review the strength & other design related calculations.l Experience of leading the static equipment design team of 07-10 engineers.l Hands on experience for designing the static equipment/ pressure vessel using various soft wares like Pve lite, compress etc.l Manage the team of draftsmen to prepare the GA, detailed fabrication drawings.l Drawings review and approvals from clients throughout project execution.l Project related design documents preparation & Responsible for the updating documentation of the static equipment/ pressure vessel.l Responsible for the reading client's specification, PR's preparation, design development, design review and support of fabrication of static equipment/ pressure vessel design. l Client/vendor visit as per work requirementEssential Skills4 to 15 years experience in designing of pressure vessels, process columns, heat exchangers etc., the candidates preferred from heavy equipments manufacturing industries /EPC /design engineering consultancy.l Familiar with the international design codes like ASME, EN, PD-5500, TEMA standard/codes and specifications. l Proficient in applicable software, e.g. AUTOCAD, Compress, PV-Elite, nozzle-pro etc.l Knowledge of Finite element analysis (FEA) and hands on experience on software like ansys will be added advantage. l Multi-tasking and able to manage project independently throughout design life cycle. l Communication with client, vendor, internal CFT.l Excellent teamwork spirit.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :- Perform detailed design and engineering- Prepare MTO, equipment datasheets, technical specifications, technical clarifications, post award design activities- Review and approve customer specifications.- Coordinate with clients- Coordinate fabricators and interface disciplineSKILLS REQUIRED :- Through understanding of codes and Standards, if have faced ASME audits that will be an advantage.- Experience in working with engineering consultancies for design and engineering of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Trays and internals, Filters, Strainers, Coalescers, Ejectors, Desuperheaters, Storage Tanks and Spheres per National / International Codes e.g. ASME SEC.VIII DIV.1 / DIV.2, TEMA, PD5500, API:650, API:660, API:661, IS:2825, IS:875, IS:1893, ASCE, IBR and etc.- Industry Type - Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical / Oil & Gas (preferred)- Equipment handled should cover material of construction of CS, LTCS, SS, CS+Clad, LAS, HAS, NACE MR0175, HIC, etc. for applications with temperature ranging from hot service to cryogenic with special services like Hydrogen, Lethal, Wet Sour, Cyclic, Sea Water and etc.- Shall be well conversant with design software like COMPRESS, CODECALC, PVELITE, TANK, FEA (will be advantageous) and AutoCAD.- Candidate with experience in Column, Internals& External attachments detailing.- Oil & Gas experience will be preferred.- He should be able provide inputs for GA drawing, manufacturing drawings and part drawings etc
