Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations Management:Oversee all day-to-day activities of the caf, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Manage and monitor caf cleanliness, food presentation, and overall ambiance.Ensure all caf policies and standards are followed consistently by the team.Staff Management & Scheduling:Lead, train, and supervise a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.Develop and manage staff schedules to meet peak times and maintain optimal coverage.Motivate staff, handle any interpersonal issues, and conduct performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
