Roles and Responsibilities Set clear team goals and KPIs Delegate tasks and set project deadlines Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance Do regular performance evaluation Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere Develop a well designed and motivating evaluation program Communicate with teams about their performance Monitor team performance and report on metrics Motivate team members Discover training needs and provide coaching Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Utilize the companys inventory software platform to check in products and compare deliveries to outstanding purchase orders Collaborate with purchasing group to determine when products are missing from deliveries and contact vendors in regards to damaged product Assist in assembling manufacturer marketing displays on the sales floor and then removing the displays based on managements discretion Work closely with Order Pickers to make sure that each packaged order has the correct amount and types of products Perform routine maintenance checks of the warehouse area and perform cleanup or simple repair duties when needed
