Job Description for Welder1. PositionJob title: WelderDepartment: Production DepartmentReports to: Production Foreman / Manager2. PurposeThe welder performs welding tasks on metal parts, structures, and equipment according to technical documentation, ensuring product quality and safe work practices.3. Functions and ResponsibilitiesPerforms welding tasks (using MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA, and other methods).Prepares surfaces for welding (cleaning, grinding, aligning).Reads technical drawings and technological instructions (WPS welding procedure specification)Inspect weld seam quality and corrects defects.Uses and maintains welding equipment and tools.Complies with occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental regulations.Performs other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor according to qualifications.Arc air gouging skill - additional bonus.4. Qualification RequirementsVocational technical education (welder qualification).Valid or expire welding certificates (according to EN/ISO or ASME standards. (For qualification proof)Ability to work with technical documentation.Responsibility, accuracy, physical endurance.Work experience - 5 years.5. Working ConditionsWork is performed in shipyard environments including: confined spaces, noise, dust, work at heightsUse of personal protective equipment is mandatory.Shift work, overtime, and possible business travel may be required

Candidates should have min 3 years of experience as AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN OR ENGINEERCandidates should have Marine Experience.
