Submitting quotations and follow-ups. Arranging Supply and Services as per order. Coordinating sales by managing schedules and communicating relevant information. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Monitor and identify shortcomings and propose improvements. Carry out market research to identify new suppliers where they can meet better shipping timelines, pricing, parameters, and quality standard.. Coordinate necessary schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information to the Chief Executive Officer.
