We are looking to hire a reliable delivery boy to deliver packages to customers. The delivery boy's responsibilities include verifying the identities of recipients before handing over packages, updating the status of the delivery on the companys website upon completion of each delivery, and accepting payment for delivered packages where required. You should also be able to ensure that the company vehicle is regularly refueled and well-maintained.As a delivery boy, you should adhere to road safety regulations at all times. Ultimately, a top-notch delivery boy should be able to evaluate traffic patterns and find alternate routes in order to ensure the timely completion of deliveries.Delivery Boy Responsibilities:Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.Carefully loading and unloading all packages.Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.Answering customers questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.Cleaning, washing, refueling, and maintaining the company vehicle.Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.Delivery Boy Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license.Clean driving record.Proven delivery experience is preferred.Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.Working knowledge of local roads and routes.Excellent time management skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Punctual and reliable.

Duties & Responsibilities 1. Work on the new projects and existing operations to maintain the services and support delivered on time. 2. Take overall responsibility once the task are assigned to make sure it has completed by co-ordinating with internal field team and customers 3. Co-ordinate with customers to complete the process needed to deliver the given services. 4. To provide technical consultation and the Internal field engineers 5. Create the documentation as and when needed. 6. Work as a bridge between the sales team and customers to deliver the projects on time. 7. Perform onsite and remote preventive maintenance to ensure all network systems performance availability and reliability. 8. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. 9. Provide Level-2 support for software, hardware, networking and troubleshooting to resolve issues. 10. Analyze current network configurations, data logs to diagnose and identify root causes to network issues. 11. Provide guidance and support the Support Services team members. 12. Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required. 13. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. 14. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. 15. Periodically provide after-hours, standby duties and weekend support. 16. Understand the technical issues related to day-to-day operations, LAN/WAN/MAN, core network architecture and troubleshooting. 17. Maintain and extend expertise in applicable areas of network and software technologies Knowledge, Skills and Attributes 1. Working experience in Data Centre as a Field engineer 2. 1. Administration and diagnostic resolution of common maintenance and performance issues on Storage.2. Administer Disk Resources; support and manage replication of data; provide disaster recovery and business continuity.3. Configure and maintain storage infrastructure providing optimal availability, performance, and best practices.4. Monitor and report on available updates and patches for firmware and software to address existing or potential storage platform issues and / or vulnerabilities.7. Evaluate performance, monitor workloads, and analyze results to ensure optimal operations8. Maintain platform and procedural documentations9. Demonstrated understanding of storage fundamentals, including RAID (Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks), SAN (Storage Area Network), and NAS (Network Attached Storage) common concepts10. Advanced user level server operating systems experience such as Linux, Windows, XenServer, VMware etc.11. Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management and Change Management processes is value added12.
