We are looking for a Senior Quality Controller based in Siliguri, India, with 5 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet high quality standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Quality Checks: Perform regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. This involves examining samples and collecting data to identify areas for improvement.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control processes and outcomes. Well-organized documentation is crucial for tracing issues and ensuring accountability.- Team Training: Train and support staff in quality control procedures. Sharing knowledge and best practices with team members enhances overall quality control efforts.- Problem Solving: Identify quality issues and help develop solutions. You will collaborate closely with production teams to address any concerns promptly.- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products meet applicable regulations and standards. Staying updated on industry standards is essential for maintaining compliance.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in a relevant field and have strong analytical skills to assess product quality effectively. Designation: Sr Quality ControllerLocation: Indore, Factory OfficeWhat we expect from you? Full time BSc/MSc/B tech in Chemistry/Micro Biology, Diploma in Lab Technology 6-12 years experience working as QC and/or QA Hands on experience using advanced quality testing machines like GC, HPLC etcRoles & Responsibilities Support and develop systems and procedures to plan, coordinate & organize day to day Quality Control activities & ensure timely RM/PM & Finished product release. Support and develop systems and procedures Trouble shooting of the instrument issue such as HPLC, GC, UV spectrometer etc Candidate should be good in quality check, handling all the equipments related to testing of the food samples and FSMS management. Experience in handling advance Laboratory equipments, Lab chemicals, Address customer complains & feedbacks. To develop from start to finish nutrition-based product from testing ingredients to proportions to maintaining quality control.
