Key ResponsibilitiesImport & Export OperationsHandle import and export documentation and coordination with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines.Ensure timely customs clearance for imported and exported materials.Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.Maintain compliance with customs regulations, DGFT requirements, and statutory norms.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of logistics activities.Customs ClearanceManage end-to-end customs clearance processes for imports and exports.Verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, BOE, COO, etc.Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) and government authorities for clearance activities.Ensure proper duty calculations and documentation compliance.Warehouse & Logistics OperationsManage warehouse operations including receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.Ensure proper handling of inbound and outbound materials.Coordinate transportation and logistics activities for timely material movement.Monitor stock levels and support inventory reconciliation activities.Ensure adherence to safety standards and warehouse discipline.

Create the companys supply chain strategy. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues. Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly. Maintain supply chain inventory and records
