Drafting comprehensive and techno-commercially accurate sales proposal and quotations. Conducting in- depth sales analysis to identify market trends and performance gaps. Generating periodic sales reports for management review, tracking Targets vs. Achievements. Timely follow up for sales. Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments to ensure cash flow. Managing team, providing guidance on workflow and best practices. Maintaining excellent relations with customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Setting up and operating Flexographic, Offset, or Digital label printing presses.Substrate & Adhesive Selection: Choosing the correct material and tack (stickiness) based on where the label will be applied (e.g., a curved plastic bottle vs. a rough metal surface).Color Matching (Pantone): Calibrating ink levels to ensure brand colors are consistent across thousands of meters of printed material.Die-Cutting & Slitting: Managing the mechanical process of cutting labels into specific shapes and removing the matrix (waste material) without damaging the backing paper.Quality Inspection: Using strobe lights or automated vision systems to check for mis-registration (blurry prints), color shifts, or missing labels in a roll.Barcoding & Variable Data: Ensuring that unique serial numbers or QR codes are printed clearly and remain scannable.

Responsibility - Execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier Present progress to management for alignment and support. Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' regional organization and departments. Drive timely, productive and effective resolution of customer issues. Work closely with H.O on competitive analysis, market intelligence, new product ideas and pricing negotiations. Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers. Qualifications - Bachelors degree with 2-3 years of proven success in a similar role. Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with different levels of the customers' organization Ability to work both independently and as part of region and national account teams. Technological assessment and monitoring, including technology partnership/ transfer, risk management and quality control- Semiconductor plant development monitoring, including construction and HR- Production monitoring, including product qualification, reliability of chips, testing & quality of chips, yield benchmark and production target achievement- Financial assessment and monitoring, including expenditure vettingMinimum 15 years' experience, including 10 in CMOS/compound semiconductors/ semiconductor packaging. Financial or social sector experience will not be considered.- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
