The ideal candidate should have 6 to 12 years of experience and must have completed at least the 12th grade. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Equipment Maintenance:** Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order, minimizing downtime and enhancing safety.- **Rig Cleaning:** Clean and maintain the rig area, removing debris and spills to ensure a safe and organized work environment.- **Assisting Crews:** Support the drilling and production teams by assisting with rig operations, logistics, and setup to ensure smooth workflows.- **Material Handling:** Secure, transport, and store materials required for drilling and production projects, ensuring they are accessible when needed.- **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, actively participating in safety drills and training sessions to reduce risks.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate must have a solid understanding of rig operations and maintenance.
