Your primary goal is to assess and ensure that our products meet established quality benchmarks. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Quality Audits**: Regularly review products and processes to check for adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.- **Analyze Data**: Collect and evaluate performance data to identify trends and patterns that may impact product quality.- **Report Findings**: Document evaluation results and communicate findings to management and relevant teams for corrective actions.- **Develop Quality Improvement Plans**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable plans aimed at enhancing product quality based on your assessments.- **Train Staff**: Provide guidance and training to team members on quality standards and procedures to ensure consistency across all operations.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in quality evaluation or a related field. An I.T.I. background is essential. You must have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Proficiency in using quality evaluation tools and software is required. Strong communication skills are crucial for reporting findings and collaborating with teams.
