Qualification pathNo previous professional experience is required to apply to this role, however, working on this project will require you to pass the basic requirements and go through a standard assessment process. This is a part-time long-term project and your work will be subject to our standard quality assurance checks during the term of this agreement. Basic Requirements- Working as a freelancer with excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.- Being a resident in India for the last 5 consecutive years and having familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in India- Active use of Gmail, Google+, and other forms of social media and experience in the use of web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content- Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone (Android 5.0, iOS 14 or higher), and a personal computer to work on.AssessmentIn order to be hired into the program, youll take a language assessment and an open book qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification. As a Quality Evaluator, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of product quality. Your primary goal is to assess and ensure that our products meet established quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Quality Audits: Regularly review products and processes to check for adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.- Analyze Data: Collect and evaluate performance data to identify trends and patterns that may impact product quality.- Report Findings: Document evaluation results and communicate findings to management and relevant teams for corrective actions.- Develop Quality Improvement Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable plans aimed at enhancing product quality based on your assessments.- Train Staff: Provide guidance and training to team members on quality standards and procedures to ensure consistency across all operations.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in quality evaluation or a related field. An I.T.I. background is essential. You must have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Proficiency in using quality evaluation tools and software is required. Strong communication skills are crucial for reporting findings and collaborating with teams.
