Key Responsibility Area: ( Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent )o Overall responsibility for servicing clients on Analytics/Advisory and managing the analytics team.o Hands on advanced knowledge of analytical techniques, advanced knowledge of SQL or otherstructured language, advanced knowledge of Excel.o Design and develop analytics products and services.o Works closely with the Client(s) on scorecards, advisory and modeling.o Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis.o Provide leadership to the analytics team and assist the leadership to deliver results, business goalsand commitments.o Financial Services/ Consumer banking business(preferred) - with extensive analytics orientation.o Work on processes to continuously update rules/procedures to optimize results & manage day-to-day activities with the team.o Support various special project assignments.Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.)o Proven track record with database languages (e.g., SQL) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView).o Well versed with MS Excel advanced & VBA.o Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.o Good to have conceptual or working knowledge of Machine Learning & AI, cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)

Hands-on experience in Qlik Sense development, dashboarding, and data modeling and reporting (ad hoc report generation) techniques.Must be good at Scripting, the creation of QVD files, and set analysis.Must have experience in application designing, development, and deployment using Qlik Sense. Must be efficient in front-end development and have good knowledge of visualization.Strong database designing and SQL skills. Having experience in RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.Able to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical and business requirements into executable architectural designs.Creating and maintaining technical documentation.Must have experience in data integration through extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources.Should know the methods for Optimizing the Qlik Sense applicationStrong communication skills (verbal/written) to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients. Understand database design principles including normalization and aggregation for online and data warehouse schemas to support the needs of application developers. Design, plan, and develop programs to optimally extract, transform, and load data between data sources. Diagnose and resolve database performance issues. Maintain developed source code in the repository for all databases and keep all build programs up to date. Be responsible for overall development success (inclusive of peer/code reviews, adherence to corporate standards, build process guidelines, maintainability, unit tests) of the project. Ensure appropriate and adequate unit test cases are created and enacted. Ensure appropriate and detailed documentation for developed modules.Must to Have Min 3 - 5 years of SQL development experience on MySQL. Strong knowledge of SQL Joins and MySQL programming techniques.(View, functions, procedures etc). Strong knowledge of Database design patterns. Strong knowledge of writing queries used for front-end reporting applications (reporting app, websites, business logics) Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements, research data and build appropriate reporting deliverables. Good knowledge of reporting stack like Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, QlikView. Hands-on optimizing large SQL statements for better reporting. Hands-on tools to troubleshoot and profile queries to optimize.Good to Have Knowledge of code versioning tool.(ex bitbucket,Github) SQL developer Certification on any of relational databases ( like MSSQL, Oracle)

Develop reports, dashboards and perform analysis utilizing Qlikview and Qlik sense as well as excel and other BI reporting tools4. Experienced in Qlikview/ Qliksense visualization and storytelling skills5. Experience with Creating QVD's and Scheduled jobs for QVD extracts and report loads.6. Well versed with Qlikview Schemas like Star and Snowflake Schemas and loading techniques Incremental, Buffer, Preceding, and Binary loads.7.Good Understanding of Qlikview/Qliksense integration issues.8. Experience in creating scripts to resolve circular loops, Synthetic keys and Modeling issues in Qlikview/Qliksense.Implemented security using Section Access to restrict untheorized access in the dashboards depends upon user privileges.10.Experience in using Mashup APIs for building client servers and web sites.11.Hands on Creating different templates in nprinting for daily distribution of reports12. Extensive knowledge in Sheet objects, Charts, exporting the reports to MS-Excel, handling the variables and aggregated functions of Qlikview/Qliksense13. Hands on using Section access, set analysis, Access point to provide customized functionality in Qlik14.
