Position QHSE ManagerJob Description: Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Systems ManagerThe Role: The QHSE Systems Manager will introduce and develop ISO 9001 system for the new Composites manufacturing. Improve and update our current ISO 9001:2008 standard to 9001:2015 and will implement ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 systems going forward Control the day-to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the systems Evaluate and analyse quality issues in the production and introduce corrective and preventive actions Handle customer complaints Liaise with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members within a busy manufacturing and service environment. Manage company Safety file. Conduct Continuous Improvement processes to improve processes and procedures The role requires active participation at all levels, from strategy through to implementation as well as actively influencing and motivating a variety of people to ensure commitment to the overall QHSE systemsThe ideal candidate will: Have relevant engineering qualifications and have at least three years experience, ideally in asimilar sector Quality Management experience within the manufacturing industry Excellent and topical knowledge of Quality Management Systems. Should be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, OHSAS 18001 Health andSafety Management, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Be comfortable developing the Companys QHSE systems and encouraging a culture of excellenceand compliance Be knowledgeable with all aspects of the above standards, relevant legislation and compliancerequirements Have excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate effectively across alllevels within the Company Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professionaldocumentation relating to integrated management systems Possess strong planning, organisational, teamwork and presentation skills A hands-on implementer of processes and change Be computer literate with Microsoft Office to a proficient level with good typing skills Strong leadership skills to constantly drive safety and quality improvements.Qualifications/Experience1.
