A project site engineer for fire protection is responsible for the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems at construction sites. Candidate must be capable of independently executing Fire Safety projects from planning to handling over. Must be capable of handling multiple sites simultaneously. Their responsibilities include: Project management - Overseeing projects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring projects are executed successfully Technical expertise - Providing technical support and expertise in the selection and procurement of fire protection systems and equipment Project documentation - Preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans Site inspections - Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements Installation - Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors for the installation, commissioning, and testing of fire protection systems Fire protection recommendations - Reviewing company projects and modifications to provide fire protection recommendations Fire risk assessment - Conducting fire risk assessments and developing contingency plans to prevent fires Training - Developing and conducting training programs for fire protection section personnel on the latest fire protection standards.

*Candidate must have diploma or ITI in Electronics and communication, Electrical or Related fields.Roles & Responsibilities:Should have knowledge of (OFC) Optic Fiber Networking, laying, cabling, termination and testing.Manage & ensure smooth co-ordination with on-site team & customers of respective site for day-to-day operations.Ensure service standards as per company process & policies for the respective assigned site.Manage and ensure proper monitoring the work of Technicians & on-site teamEnsure timely execution of project as per the approved design & as per process.Co-ordinate with immediate head for requirement of materials and ensure timely material inward as per process & policy.Manage and ensure timely material loading and unloading activity and ensure on-site safety and security of the material.Ensure & manage proper on-site document/records management of vouchers/bills, sign ups, etc. in co-ordination with respective project co-ordinator.Ensure and carry out timely report/document submission such as DPR, bills, sign up documents etc as per process and policyTimely reporting to respective project manager as per process.

Manage all aspects of project execution including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production, RFP processes, construction, MEP, furniture, move, Responsible for ensuring project is executed within defined schedule and budget Oversee all aspects relating to the planning, design, construction Review all proposed plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities Manage annual capital planning process Coordinate with Construction Managers and the Supply Chain department to identify and partner with select vendors to perform outsourced services for an assigned project Carry out plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction Plan, manage and coordinate minor workspace modifications & construction activities in the region and ensure they are in compliance with all various standards Chair weekly project meetings with consultants and internal partners, attend all IT project meetings to ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to all internal groups as required Spearhead project in full Knowledge/experience in use of Project Management software/tools (Microsoft Project) Dynamic Leaders with self-driven zeal to manage a construction site. Should be experienced enough to handle a Real Estate/High Rise Residential project with renowned Contractor/PMC/Client Firm. Candidate shall be responsible to deliver project within schedule timeline & budget while ensuring & implementing best safety practices and conforming desired quality standards to meet Customers satisfaction
