Urgent opening for Shift Incharge PET Line for Beverages Company @ AmbalaTypical Requirements:Experience: Usually 24 years (for Shift Supervisor/Incharge) or 5+ years (for senior roles) in PET production environments.Salary: - 35,000 to 40,000 Per Month.Knowledge: Expertise in PET Preform molding, Blow Moulding, and machine handling (e.g., Nissei ASB). Shift Incharge for a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) line manages daily production operations, including PET injection molding or blowing machines, to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, optimizing machine parameters, conducting troubleshooting, and handling maintenance to minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities and Skills:Production Management: Executing daily production plans on PET molding/blowing machines.Technical Knowledge: Setting, monitoring, and troubleshooting machine parameters (e.g., Husky machines, ISBM, or PET preform machinery).Quality Control: Ensuring product quality, monitoring defects, and maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Team Leadership: Managing manpower, training operators, and ensuring safety compliance on the shop floor.Maintenance: Carrying out operational checks and coordinating preventive maintenance.
