We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Helper to support daily manufacturing operations. The candidate will assist in production processes, material handling, packing, and maintaining workplace cleanliness while following safety and quality standards.

Job Description:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives and targets.Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation and workflow optimization.Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through effective quality control measures.Cost Management: Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining product quality.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals, providing guidance, training and support as needed.Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency and quality within the production process.Supplier and Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support production schedules.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of materials needed for production.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as productivity, yield and quality and provide analysis to identify areas for improvement.Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Skills - Experience of Neckband, Smartwatch, TWS, Keypad phones Assembly Process, Line Balancing, material management, kit closing

1) Should have experience in electrical soldering and wave soldering2) Should have knowledge of PTH ( plated through hole) components assembly 3) Should be well versed resistor, capacitor, transformer, inductor, transistor components identification 4) 3 to 5 year experience required in electronic product manufacturing company5) Candidate worked in EMS industry Is huge plus6) Candidate should be residing near electronic city bangalore area, or should able to relocate near electronic city7) Qualification required: ITI electronic mechanic / ITI Electrical /Diploma electronics8) Hand soldering experience and wave soldering knowledge is mandatory9) Should be able to handle the team of 20 to 30 members in PTH production line10) Salary range: 25000 to 30000Rs per month
