Industry: Water, Waste Water Treatment, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering Thermal (ZLD, MEE, ATFD, Heat Exchangers, Rotary Drying, Wet ScrubberNon-Thermal (WWT, ETP, STP, ROC) Position: Process & Proposal EngineerExperience: 2 to 3 yearsIndustry:Water, Waste Water Treatment, Manufacturing, Heavy EngineeringRO Plant, ATFD Plant, MEE Plant, ETP PlantQualifications:Diploma or Bachelor degree in ChemicalMust possess minimum 2 years of experience as a Process & Proposal EngineerFinalize Feasible process for the clients requirement.Prepare process flow diagrams.Estimate Piping & Instrumentation Diagram.Calculate Material and Energy balance.Estimation of Project CostPrepare Techno-Commercial Offer with estimated project cost.Follow up on the status of the submitted offers.Estimate Back costing after purchase Order.Provide design parameters to the design team.Clarify the technical doubts and attend the meeting with a client.Finalize the Suitable Instruments, Valves & fittings, pumps & motor & control Logic.Get quotations for the Bought-out accessories.Provide Technical details to the purchasing team for procurement.Give backup support for the project team until Completion of the project.Support the Erection & commissioning team for site activities and also help to troubleshoot operation problems till handing over the plant.#proposal #chemicalengineer
