Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated Technical Proposal Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, cost estimations, and documentation for electrical projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed technical proposals and documentation for electrical projects Develop accurate cost estimations and project budgets Create and maintain technical documentation using AutoCAD Collaborate with engineering teams to gather technical requirements Analyze project specifications and develop comprehensive proposals Ensure all proposals comply with relevant industry standards and regulations Manage multiple proposal tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines Participate in team meetings and contribute to proposal strategy discussions Maintain organized records of all proposals and related documentation Assist in the development of presentation materials for client meetingsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 1-2 years of experience in electrical proposal preparation, cost estimation, or related fields Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and documentation Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Solid understanding of electrical systems, components, and industry standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
