Lead and mentor a team of sales, finance, and operations professionals. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.Minimum Requirements : Proven CEO experience of 3 to 5 years. Candidate with exceptional experience at Vice-President CRM SALES & COLLECTION or Project Head Level will be considered. 40 to 55 years of age. Strong techno- commercial Knowledge &experience specifically in Real Estate Business including therelationships with the entire broker network. Strategic vision and innovative thinking capacity and readiness to work closely with Top Team Finance & Audit. Very strong industry knowledge and business acumen. Extremely result-oriented and must possess the ability to get the work done from all cross functional department personnel.As CEO of this business vertical- you will report directly to the Board of the Company.
