Pre Press Manager Jobs

Prepare and finalize print-ready files using software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAWHandle dielines, mockups, and packaging layouts for boxes, labels, pouches, cartons, etc.Review and correct incoming files from clients to ensure compatibility with printing processes (offset, flexo, gravure, digital)Adjust color formats (CMYK, Pantone), resolutions, font embedding, bleeds, and trappingGenerate and manage proofs for client approvalCoordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate executionOperate CTP (Computer-to-Plate) systems or digital proofing machinesArchive and maintain version control of all working and final files

We are looking for a Pree Press DesignerResponsibility- laying out artwork, text and images according to a design plan- using desktop publishing software, such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, to help lay out pages- digitally scanning images and adding them to the page or document- retouching colour and ensuring overall accuracy of the document- creating sample proofs and sending them to clients- preparing and checking film or digital outputsgetting the item ready for the printing processExperience2 years in printing and packagingShould know how to make packaging samples and print files

Required Indian Flexo Pre-press Manager with ESKO Background Location of Country: SriLanka Required skills; Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-press for wide-web CI Flexo printing. Sound knowledge in ESKO Software. Processing artwork to meet the technical requirement of CI Flexo. Ability to lead the pre-press and platemaking department. Qualification/Educational background in Printing/Pre-press/etc. Willing to relocate to Sri Lanka without family Ability to communicate in EnglishNice to have; Experience of developing plates for W&H (Miraflex or Novoflex) or BOBST (Expert or Vision) machines. Experience or knowledge in ESKO Equinox software. Experience or knowledge in ESKO automatic workflow solution. Experience in Kodak platemaking for flexible packaging.Perks: Visa, Airticket, Accommodation, Transport, medical as per Srilanka Law. Salary is approximate 1000usd-1500usd per month.
