Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, communicating with clients to gather necessary information, and staying up-to-date on visa requirements and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a basic understanding of visa processes.
