Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance, health insurance, or insurance broking operations. Basic knowledge of insurance policies, documentation, and processing procedures. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and data entry. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in an insurance company, insurance broking firm, or TPA. Candidates familiar with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and insurance portals.
