We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer with 10 to 20 years of experience to join our team in Naroda. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Process Design and Improvement:** Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste.- **Process Optimization:** Implement process enhancements by using data analysis and engineering principles to improve output and minimize costs.- **Collaboration with Production Teams:** Work closely with production staff to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that help to maintain smooth operations.- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain detailed documentation of process changes and prepare reports for management to showcase improvements and results.- **Compliance and Safety:** Ensure that all processes adhere to industry regulations and safety standards to protect employees and the environment.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E) and have significant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in using process simulation software and data analysis tools is expected. Additionally, effective communication skills are crucial to collaborate with various teams and present findings clearly. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working well under pressure. A deep understanding of industry best practices and a commitment to continuous improvement are vital for success in this role.

1. Diploma in Engineer2. ITI with knowledge of AutoCAD & Solid works3. 1-2 years of Experience4. 2D & 3D Drawings in AutoCAD/Solidworks5. PFD, P&ID, Equipment & Piping Layout, Equipment fabrication Drawings

Using *AutoCAD LT* software to prepare technical drawings. Preparation of Isometric drawings as a CAD File based on the Legacy PDFs given. Knowledge on PIDs/PFDs are preferred. Working with engineers and other professionals to produce drawings that meet their specifications. Writing related technical documents such as material lists. Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards. Maintaining a library of standard drawing templates. Updating existing drawings as new information becomes available. Candidates with Mechanical Engineering will have more weightage. Eligible candidates will get a good package. Target based incentives are an added feature.

Chemical/pharma industry experience must, Support Operation Team in improving plant performance in various fields (safety/Environment, quality, Capacity, Costs) Trouble shooting, Debottlenecking, commissioning Experience in unit operations such as Distillation, Heat transfer, Filtration, hydraulics etc. Basic Engineering Package such as P&ID, PFD & PDS preparation. MB, EB, hydraulic, Heat transfer calculations.Experience in PLC operation in preferred.MCR Preparation, etc.Will involve design, developing plant process from lab demonstration.
