Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the OutSystems platform.Build modern Reactive Web and Mobile applications aligned with business and technical requirements.Implement integrations with REST APIs, databases, and external systems.Collaborate with architects, tech leads, and cross-functional teams for smooth deployments.Create reusable, maintainable components following OutSystems best practices.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Ensure adherence to scalability, security, and deployment automation guidelines.Stay updated on new OutSystems capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement.Required Qualifications38 years of overall software development experience.Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems development.Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture and platform capabilities.Experience working with OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Builder.Knowledge of REST APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns.Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and team collaboration workflows.Preferred SkillsExperience developing Reactive Web Apps, Mobile Apps, and reusable components in OutSystems.OutSystems certifications (Associate or Professional) are an added advantage.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.

The developer will work with a team lead and different business segments both inside and outside of technology departments. A successful developer will be comfortable interacting with different groups within the technology and within different business areas to understand the User Experience (UX) goals of business requirements, provide clients with pertinent feedback relative to pros/cons of development course and understand how to match existing user interface (UI) guidelines to meet requirements within the OutSystems platform. Daily activities will include the development of functional components including pages, processes, and custom UI in OutSystems.Skills: Experience and comfort with Agile methodologies. Ability to interpret business requirements and think through logical next steps. Ability to do basic data modelling and enforce proper referential integrity constraints. Understanding of Rapid Application Development (RAD) best practices and implementation.
