We are seeking an experienced Roustabout to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 12 years of experience and must have completed at least the 12th grade. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Equipment Maintenance:** Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order, minimizing downtime and enhancing safety.- **Rig Cleaning:** Clean and maintain the rig area, removing debris and spills to ensure a safe and organized work environment.- **Assisting Crews:** Support the drilling and production teams by assisting with rig operations, logistics, and setup to ensure smooth workflows.- **Material Handling:** Secure, transport, and store materials required for drilling and production projects, ensuring they are accessible when needed.- **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, actively participating in safety drills and training sessions to reduce risks.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate must have a solid understanding of rig operations and maintenance. Strong physical fitness and ability to work in harsh conditions are essential. Effective communication skills are necessary for coordination with the team members. To manage projects of changing scopes from feasibility study, survey, design, specifications preparations, review of detailed design documents, project monitoring, site supervision. Prepare bill of quantities and materials take-off list. Checking and approving of drawings prior to submission for costumers review. Checking and approving of bill of quantities and MTO list prior to submission for costumers review Supervision and coordination of all Structural designing and drafting works within assigned projects. Delegates designing and drafting works to designers and draftsmen within the discipline. Coordinate with Lead Discipline Engineers for all Design and Drafting supports required for assigned projects. Must be able to perform site visits & inspections, data gathering activities and technical evaluations that are relevant to assigned tasks and works. Must be able to complete the assigned tasks and deliverables within the allotted budget and schedule. Must have supervisory skills to manage all discipline design and drafting works for the assigned projects. Responsible for the overall production and quality of all drawings, BOQ, MTO lists and other design deliverables.
