Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and responsible Mixer Driver to join our team in Oman. As a Mixer Driver, you will play a critical role in the construction industry by safely transporting ready-mix concrete to construction sites. Your expertise in operating heavy vehicles and commitment to safety will contribute to the success of our projects.Responsibilities:Operate a ready-mix concrete mixer truck to deliver concrete to construction sites.Follow assigned routes and schedules while considering traffic and road conditions.Ensure the proper loading and unloading of concrete, maintaining its quality during transit.Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of fellow road users and pedestrians.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the mixer truck, reporting any issues promptly.Maintain a clean and organized mixer truck, both internally and externally.Communicate with dispatch and site personnel to coordinate delivery times and locations.Handle necessary paperwork, including delivery tickets and inspection reports.Maintain accurate records of delivered loads and mileage.Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.Handle minor maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and basic troubleshooting.Requirements:Valid Omani heavy vehicle driver's license (Mixer Truck endorsement is a plus).Previous experience as a Mixer Driver or in a similar role is preferred.Good understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.Ability to operate a ready-mix concrete mixer truck effectively and safely.Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate loading and delivery of concrete.Basic mechanical knowledge for performing minor vehicle maintenance tasks.Effective communication skills to interact with dispatch, site personnel, and team members.Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, and week

Your commitment to safety, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards will contribute to the success of our projects.Responsibilities:Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport ready-mix concrete to construction sites.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its mechanical soundness and compliance with regulations.Follow established delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate concrete deliveries.Collaborate with dispatchers and site supervisors to coordinate delivery priorities and requirements.Load and unload concrete according to site specifications, ensuring proper mixing consistency.Maintain accurate and legible records of deliveries, including time of departure, arrival, and quantity of concrete delivered.Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of all road users and personnel.Monitor concrete slump and adjust mix consistency as needed to meet project specifications.Clean and maintain the mixer truck's interior and exterior to uphold a professional and well-maintained appearance.Report any mechanical issues, malfunctions, or accidents promptly to supervisors.Comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, maintenance, and code of conduct.Qualifications:Valid Oman driver's license with a clean driving record.Proven experience as a Mixer Driver or similar role, preferably within the construction or transportation industry.Familiarity with operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks.Strong understanding of concrete mixing processes and materials.Excellent knowledge of local traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
