Exploration & Evaluation: Locate and assess mineral deposits using mapping, drilling, geophysical surveys, and geochemical analysis.Mine Planning & Operations: Provide geological support for pit/underground operations, creating 3D block models to direct mining, controlling ore grade, and advising on production.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze geological data, manage samples, update geological models, and prepare detailed reports.Safety & Environment: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; assist with mine reclamation and waste management.Collaboration: Work closely with mining engineers, surveyors, and other specialists.
