Warden Activities Warden Housekeeping Incharge Mess Manager
Main Duties:Look after students safety, discipline, and well-being inside the hostel.Check attendance of hostel students regularly.Maintain hostel rooms, bathrooms, and surroundings clean and orderly.Supervise hostel staff (watchman, housekeeping, etc.).Keep proper records of students, visitors, and leave/out-pass.Report any problem or emergency to the Administrative Officer or Principal.Control entry and exit of students and visitors during permitted hours.Coordinate with the mess supervisor for food timings and discipline.Be available in the hostel during evenings and nights.Skills Required:Good discipline and leadership ability.Patient and understanding with students.Basic record-keeping and communication skills.Ability to handle emergencies calmly.Respectful, responsible, and firm in enforcing rules.
