Foundry Engineer required to operate melting furnace in our factory in Chakan, Pune.Salary Range - 17,000 to 22,000 PM

As a Shift Incharge in Jamshedpur, you will oversee operations during your assigned shift and ensure that the team achieves its production goals effectively and safely.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Manage and direct the team working during your shift, ensuring they are motivated and productive.- Monitor Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed.- Troubleshoot Issues: Address any problems or delays that arise during the shift, providing quick solutions to keep operations running smoothly.- Conduct Training: Train new employees and ensure existing staff are up to date with company policies and operational procedures.- Report Generation: Prepare and submit shift reports detailing production statistics, incidents, and suggestions for process improvements.- Implement Safety Measures: Enforce health and safety regulations within the workplace to maintain a safe working environment.Required Skills and Expectations:- Candidates must have 10-12 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar role.- A minimum educational qualification of 10th pass is required.- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively guide and support the team.- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities to handle on-the-spot issues efficiently.- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards is crucial.- The ideal candidate should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to staff development and operational excellence.
