We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating vertical machining centers (VMC) and ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Setup and Operation: You will set up and operate VMC machines, following detailed work instructions to ensure production meets quality standards.2. Quality Control: It will be your responsibility to inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications. You must identify and report any quality issues immediately.3. Machine Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the VMC machines is crucial. You will perform routine checks and minor repairs to ensure all machinery is in optimal working condition.4. Process Improvement: You will actively participate in suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in the machining process.5. Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols and guidelines is essential to maintain a safe work environment. You will need to be vigilant about workplace safety and report hazards.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess an I.T.I. certificate and have a solid understanding of machining principles. Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential. You must be physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and eager to learn and grow within the role. Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.
