We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure that our products meet high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have between 7 to 10 years of experience in quality management, be a graduate, and be located in Chakan, Pune.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop Quality Standards: Create and implement quality control policies and procedures to maintain high product standards and comply with regulations.2. Monitor Quality Metrics: Track quality performance indicators and prepare reports to analyze trends, ensuring continuous improvement and timely corrective actions.3. Conduct Audits: Perform regular internal audits to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.4. Lead Quality Training: Train and mentor staff on quality processes and standards, fostering a culture of quality within the organization.5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and enhance overall product quality.Required Skills and Expectations:The Quality Manager should possess strong leadership and communication skills, allowing effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
