Job Tittle - Machinery Maintenance Executive.Location - Sahnewal, Ludhiana, Punjab.Experience: Minimum 3 years (preferably in the food & beverage industry).Key Responsibilities:Execute routine maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.Conduct inspections and identify potential issues.Respond promptly to machinery/equipment breakdowns.Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs.Monitor condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, aircompressor, generators other utility systems.Maintain spare parts inventory & machine history records.Types of Machinery to Handle FBD, Blender, Grinding & Pulverizing Machine, Volumetric Machine.Requirements Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etc.Conduct safety checks & train machine operators.Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.

CNC VMC HMC Maintence knowledge required

s checking the filter monthly and changing it every three months or when the seasons change. Failure to replace the air filter can present some negative results, including: Lower AC / heater system efficiency. Higher energy bills.

1 Report to assign work on time as per shift schedule.2 To take charge from reliever about running maintenance work status.3 To do Daily machine preventive checking at starting of the shift.4 To fill the daily check list and report to supervisor of PM findings.5 To attend the work as per instruction of supervisor.6 To check the Fuel Meter reading as alloted by supervisor.7 To attend breakdown of the machines immediately after getting information from Operation.8 To give Feedback to supervisor for reducing the repairing time.9 To execution of preventive maintenance as per plan and check list10 To check, operate and maintain the utilities equipment i.e compressor, cooling tower, Transformer etc.11 To maintain the hand tool for daily uses.12 To maintain related necessary records i.e Log Book & PM Check Records.13 To dismantle, assemble and installation of industrial machinery as per requirement.14 To Maintain & Arrange the spares for PM of the machines allotted by the supervisor.15 To Check the feedback points of the operators.

QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years.SALARY: As per company standards.Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil NaduThe Fitter will assist in the maintenance of machinery such as Dehumidifier, Chiller, and other such mechanical machines. This position will require a Mechanical or Electrical diploma and laboratory equipment experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:*Assemble, install, and test new equipment according to provided specifications.*Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on existing equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.*Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment, identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.*Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety guidelines.*Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and technical staff to understand their requirements and provide technical support.*Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and modifications.*Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations while working with machinery and toolsQualification and Skills*Proven experience as a fitter or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.*Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment used in the battery manufacturing industry.*Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.*Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work in compliance with relevant regulations.
