Ensures the fulfillment of the requirements for environment, data, resources and toolso Aligns results with test managemento Takes responsibility for controlling and reporting (e.g. status and defects)Key Skills and qualifications:o Experience with test data and test environment management (proficiently)o Experience with tech stackMainframe (TSO, ISPF in JCL and Cobol)o Experience with Test Automation (strategy & concept)o Experience with test methodologies (ISTQB etc.)o Experience with Jira/Confluence, ALM (proficiently)o Experience with test data management in SAP and mainframe.(MUST HAVE)o Manages test teams in a distributed team model (India, Europe)o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. o Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements o Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options o Ability to direct and guide teamso Adapts own language and appearance to the project situation and actively asks others for their ideas and opinions.o A degree in Computer Science or equivalent or a related discipline; or equivalent work experienceo 7+ years of experience in testing, thereof >5 years as test data managero Proven experience needed in the role of operational test data manager/engineer Setting up test data management in projects (team, scheduling, communication, reporting etc.) Create, change/maintain, delete test data Taking responsibility for design of test data Taking responsibility for integrity of environments and acceptance activities. Coordinating the execution of these activities and specifies requirements for environment, data, resources and tools
