Role OverviewThe Mainframe Application Support role is responsible for ensuring the stability reliability and performance of mainframebased applications This position involves monitoring maintaining and troubleshooting applications running on mainframe systems providing technical support to users and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement improvementsSkillsCOBOLJCLCICSVSAMKey ResponsibilitiesProvide daytoday support for mainframe applications ensuring high availability and performanceMonitor batch jobs and system logs to identify and resolve issues proactivelyPerform incident and problem management including root cause analysis and resolutionCollaborate with development teams to deploy application changes and enhancementsParticipate in change and release management processes ensuring smooth transitionsMaintain documentation related to application configurations procedures and troubleshooting stepsEnsure compliance with security and regulatory requirementsProvide oncall support and respond to critical incidents as needed

Assist our customers and partners in deploying large Mainframe rehosting projects.In that capacity, ensure that the products are appropriately installed and configuredDefend the project's interests when interacting with the development teamAssist, train, mentor and ultimately develop some parts of the integration components required to deploy the product tools in a production environmentProvide feedback to the product team, to further improve the products and their documentationExcellent spoken and written communication in English (Other languages considered a plus)Technical fluency in mainframe systems : 3+ years' experience required (JCL, COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, CICS, IMS, EBCDIC, etc.)Hand-on experience with.NET, Azure and Microsoft technologies (C#, SQLServer, .NET, .NET Core, etc.)Willing to travel
