The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, and possess a valid driving license.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Safely Operate Vehicle:** Drive the assigned vehicle with a focus on safety, following traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers and cargo.- **Vehicle Maintenance:** Regularly check and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues or necessary repairs to the management promptly.- **Timely Transportation:** Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of passengers or goods as per the schedule. Being punctual is essential to meet service commitments.- **Route Planning:** Plan efficient routes to minimize delays and avoid heavy traffic, ensuring that deliveries and pickups are on time.- **Documentation Management:** Maintain accurate logs of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents. Provide necessary reports as required.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 to 5 years of driving experience is essential, demonstrating a solid knowledge of road safety practices.- **Education:** A minimum of 10th-grade education is required.- **Valid License:** Candidates must possess a valid driver's license specific to the vehicle type being driven.- **Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate effectively with passengers and management, ensuring clear understanding and smooth operations.- **Reliability:** Punctuality and reliability are crucial, as the role demands adherence to schedules and responsibilities.
