We are seeking a skilled and experienced Android Developer. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to create user-friendly, efficient, and reliable applications that meet the needs of our clients and end-users.Responsibilities:Design and develop native Android applications using Java or Kotlin, adhering to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, including concept, design, build, deployment, test, release, and maintenance.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless functionality.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Android development ecosystem.Continuously improve the performance, quality, and efficiency of existing applications.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Proven experience developing and delivering Android applications, with a strong portfolio of past projects.Proficient in Java or Kotlin programming languages, as well as the Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.Solid understanding of mobile application development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and best practices.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and APIs.Knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Should work as Senior Mainframe Developer on the assigned applications/ projects and support the team Should be able to technically lead and support the Projects and perform system maintenance Experience working on JAVA will be preferred and will have advantage Should work with business to understand functional and system requirements and deliver IT Solutions Should deliver solutions strictly following the IT processes within the organization and always should adhere to security processes and support them Lead and work on production support tasks, system maintenance work for assigned applications Should be able to support on job monitoring, work on job abends, incidents and problem tickets of the assigned applications Should be able to guide and support the team with the estimations for projects of all sizes, especially larger projects Should able to support on the project plans and executing projects of different categories Should have good experience working on Projects with Agile methodology and following Product Driven model Should have good communication skills to work with business, IT teams and other stakeholders ( verbal and written) Should support providing operational metrics to Management and feedback towards necessary improvementsSkills Required:Cobol, JCL, DB2, Stored Procedures

Role: Install, update, and administer Mainframe CICS/MQ products. Perform changes within Company regulations and security standards. Assist with testing, implementation, and installation of new/improved systems, as well as product upgrades. Attend meetings and interact regularly with management, team, and clients to continuously improve services. Participate in On-Call rotation schedule.Responsibilities:1. Installing/upgrading/Maintaining IBM CICS/MQ and related ISV products such as Abend-Aid for CICS, File-Aid for CICS, DADS Plus, CICS VR, ISAM2. Monitoring of CICS regions, CICS Region Build, MQ QMGR using tools like Mainview, Omegamon, SYSVIEW3. Knowledge on administration tasks using various CICS/MQ Commands.Preferred Skills: Installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis and administration of CICS/MQ JCL, ISPF, and SMP/E proficiency. CICS Level 3 System Program Skills. z/OS System level Skills. REXX Skills
