Candidate having fluent communication will be an added advantage.About the Role :Senior Android Team Lead will be responsible for testing, QC, debugging support for various Android and Java software/servers for products developed or procured by the company. The role includes debugging integration issues, handling on-field deployment challenges, and suggesting improvements or structured solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for scaling the architecture. You will work closely with other team members including Web Developers, Software Developers, Application Engineers, and Product Managers to test and deploy existing products. You will act as a Team Lead to coordinate and organize team efforts toward successful completion or demo of applications. Strong OO programming and design skills with an understanding of commondesign patterns. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices forthe full software development life cycle, including coding standards, codereviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, andoperations. Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, be a fastlearner, and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced developmentenvironment.Preferred Qualifications Experience building large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems. Familiarity with Big Data platforms and architecture, relational and no SQLdatabase concepts, solid knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc in general. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior software engineers in all aspects of theirengineering skill-sets.
