Key ResponsibilitiesOperate injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures.Start, stop, and monitor machine cycles during production.Load raw materials and ensure continuous material availability.Inspect moulded parts for defects such as flash, short moulding, sink marks, and warpage.Perform trimming, finishing, and packaging of components as required.Record production data, machine downtime, and rejection details.Conduct basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and abnormal conditions to supervisors.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S).

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines and CNC machines efficientlySet up machines as per production requirements, including tooling and programmingInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specificationsPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtimeMaintain clean and safe working conditions in compliance with safety regulationsRecord production data and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor
