2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in filling operations or the in-process control area within the injectable production environment.

Responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements for the manufacture, testing, and approval of injectable pharmaceutical products are met. This includes preparing and submitting regulatory filings to the relevant authorities, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and guidelines, and ensuring that the injectable products are developed and marketed in accordance with regulatory standards.

Ensuring all QC activities adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and other relevant regulations. Maintaining accurate and complete QC documentation, including test reports, logs, and records. Participating in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Supporting method validation, calibration, and equipment qualification activities. Testing and Analysis:Performing sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished injectable products. Operating and maintaining laboratory instruments, such as HPLC, GC, UV, etc. Conducting stability studies to assess the shelf life of injectable products. Problem Solving and Improvement:Identifying and reporting deviations from quality standards, ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are taken. Collaborating with production, QA, and other teams to resolve quality-related issues. Participating in the investigation of batch failures and OOS (Out of Specification) situations. Supporting the development and implementation of quality control systems. Supervision and Training:Supervising QC inspectors and ensuring they adhere to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Providing training to QC staff on relevant procedures and techniques. Documentation and Reporting:Preparing and maintaining test reports, logs, and other QC documentation. Ensuring the timely completion and traceability of all testing activities. Maintaining accurate records of all QC data and results.

- Set up and operate lyophilization machines, which include controlling key parameters like temperature, pressure, and drying times.-Oversee the entire freeze-drying cycle, from the freezing stage to the drying process, ensuring it aligns with predetermined specifications.- Continuously monitor the products during the freeze-drying process, checking for issues such as uneven drying, product collapse, or any other abnormalities.- Conduct regular inspections and sampling to verify the quality of the final freeze-dried product, ensuring it meets the required standards for moisture content and stability.- Record all relevant data on batch logs to ensure traceability and for compliance with regulations.- Identify and address any equipment malfunctions, such as temperature deviations or pressure irregularities, which could affect product quality.- Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, calibrating, and troubleshooting the lyophilizers, ensuring the equipment remains in optimal working condition.- Work with the maintenance team to resolve any more complex equipment issues.
