Position: IBS Technicians cum Riggers.Qualification: ITI /Diploma Electrical or Electronics or technicians./Electrician/Electro MechanicExperience: 3 years + experience Telecom field (preferably in IBS Network). Required to climb mobile towers. Tower climbing training will be provided before joining.

Job Description for Telecom Engineer: Knowledge of RIL Automation tools : Jio Track, Tableau Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Small Cell, Wifi, UBR + UBR (Air Fiber Back Haul), L2 Switch, OSP / Common Preventive Maintenance of o IBS (Indoor Small Cell/WiFi/UBR (P2P/P2MP)) : Battery & SMPS, Electrical Panel, Energy Readings of energy meters, Earthing & Power System, Alarm extension to NOC, Security Alarm System testing.o Small Cell / L2 Switch / UBR All Type / WiFi : Power/CIPRI cable, GPS Connector, Antenna & LOS alignment, etco SMPS Maintenance : Rectifier Ventilation cleaning, LVD/BLVD setting check, Check All Parameters visible on NOC, Hardware Replacement - Rectifier, Controller, Communicationo Battery Maintenance : Battery Discharge test, Voltage & abnormal temperature, Earthing & Power connection.o Earthing Maintenance : Earth pit Measurement and Maintenance, Record Voltage between Neutral & Earthing, Check earthing bonding at all points at site.o Overall hygiene of site Replacing Faulty cards with Healthy Spares at site - Bring faulty Module from Site to CMP . Providing data for Consumption booking in SAP - Related tasks as instructed by NOC Engineers Small cells, WIFI, IP, SMPS, Battery, Earthing & UBR Maintenance. Should be well versed with basic Microsoft Office.

Maintenance of Passive & Active equipments Passive -- Power related equipments like Power plant, Battery bank inverter, junction box. ActiveL2 Switch, BTS/Enode-B, RAD switch, L1- Trouble shooting of the Transmission equipment & Routers, Router alarms trouble shooting & hardware faults replacement. UBR, WIFI and IBS/ISC -Enode-B sites. Handles PM and CM activities. Bike and DL must. Willing to claim small towers need basis.

IBS (In building solutions) TechniciansUnderstand the design documents (floor layout , schematics, GSM room ..etc).Perform site survey and prepare a report indicating all the requirements and dependencies.Installation of main DAS (RF cables, connectors, components and antennas) with standard quality.Installation of fiber optic cables.HW installation in the main and remote GSM rooms ( huawei , nokia and ericsson cabinets)Conduct Cable testing using different tools (site master , PIM analyzer)Perform periodic reporting on the daily and weekly implementation progressReport to the Engineer for any deviation from the original design for the necessary approvals.Coordinate with site building management for access and work plan.Knowledge of Fiber Splicing will be added advantage.

Read Schematic and Design Layout.? Survey and prepare ISSR Report.? Able to make RF connectors, Splitters & Antenna Installations as per quality.? Cable pulling RF,CAT6 and Fiber optics.? Able to terminate fiber cables and CAT6.? Site Master and PIM Test.? Knowledge of GSM room TI work.
