Responsibilities :Operational Safety: Enforce safety standards during high-risk activities like hot work, working at heights, lifting, and confined space entry.Inspections & Audits: Perform daily safety patrolling, identify unsafe acts/conditions, and conduct regular safety audits.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including managing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and reporting to regulatory authorities.Incident Management: Lead accident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.Training & Induction: Conduct safety induction for new employees, contractors, and lead daily toolbox talks.Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency and disaster management plans.Documentation: Maintain safety records, including Lost Time Injuries (LTI), first aid, and incident reports.

HSE Lead/HSE Manager: Qualification: B.E / B Tech Engineering from recognized University/Institution. One year Diploma in industrial safety is also required. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment management, preferably experience in PMC projects in solar field in must. To handle the overall responsibilities HSE activities To lead team of HSE Officers. Reviewing & verifying, QHSE plan, HIRA, JSA, Ensuring TBT, PTW, JSA implementation. Finding and preparation of observations, concerns, NC s in case of deviation with respect to HSE requirements Attending meetings with EPC, Clients and preparation of PPT Conduction HSE induction to all new joiners as per requirements. Ensure documentation as per ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 & ISO 45001 Ensure implementation of owners QHSE , Security policy, & EPC contract requirement Daily, weekly reports, monthly reports preparation and sending to client. Co-ordination with client.Maximum CTC 10 L Per Annum
