Role and Responsibilities (Overall key responsibilities from a helicopter point of view)The Project Safety Manager leads Safety Improvement and WISER implementation at Project site by setting theright behavioral, organizational and technical elements needed for a robust Safety Culture.He/she builds a Zero Risk mindset for all Danoners and external party working on site.He/she supports actively project team to guarantee they hold their responsibility and accountability when itcomes to Danoners

Experience in Health and safety environment management systems in renewable and Energy sector. To ensure and control HSE documents, HSE vital statistics, HSE performance Indicators, Manuals, and procedures. To Organize, Identify and conduct HSE training programs (Both Theoretical and Practical) for our employees and sub-contractors according to their job profile Updating the HSE daily, Weekly & Monthly analysis in the cloud platforms. Coordinating with HSE stewards at sites and associates to strengthen the safety culture. Investigating workplace incidents and advising the line function with proper CAPA. Tracking incidents for the measures adopted to prevent recurrence. Conducting safety walks and identify all the deviations of safety system and report those NCRs as per standard practices. Designing, developing and imparting Safety Induction Training to all New Joiners, Stakeholders, VIPs, Visitors, Investors, Contractor Staff. Conducting safety committee meetings with tsite team and vendors team. Knowledge of Internal and External auditing processes, ISO 45001 Health and Safety, ISO 14001 EMS certification and documentation work. Preparing and updating, SOP, RA or HIRA, JSA, EHS Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Environmental plan. Conducting investigation of all near misses cases / LTI / dangerous occurrences and recommend appropriate corrective measures. Maintaining and inspecting all the appropriate Personal Protective System, Fire extinguishers and all the safety gadgets etc.Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for a well-experienced safety professional in the renewable energy industry preferably in solar. Work experience in the site and corporate office is must. Speaking in English, Hindi and Tamil is must.Qualification: B.Tech or B.E Electrical & Electronics and Mechanical with Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS) or National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH).Experience: 10 to 12 years

The employee administers safety and occupational health programs in compliance with standards and requirements and to assure safety, healthy, and efficient operations. The employee prepares technical guidance and direction for safety and occupational health program implementation. The employee performs audits and inspections of work sites, as required, to assure compliance with safety and health program requirements; prepares technical reports of inspection findings; and develops corrective actions. The employee independently inspects construction projects to determine compliance with applicable occupational safety standards (e.g., floor load capacity, aisle space, adequacy of sprinkling systems, safety features on storage tanks containing flammable and volatile liquids, and the adequacy of scaffolding erected to facilitate painting of buildings). The employee completes hazard and job safety analysis to ensure proper use of machinery and equipment, personal protective equipment, and procedures. The employee conducts accident investigations to ascertain causes and to develop preventive safety measures. The employee trains employees and lower-grade safety staff in specific program requirements. The employee participates in the facility Safety Committee, Accident Review Board, and/or Environment of Care (EOC) Committee. Performs other duties as assigned. Lead system safety analysis activities for assigned projects such as Electric Power Steering, Autonomous Steering, and Steer by Wire Perform Safety Analysis such as FTA, FMEDA, and FMEA Support the development of ISO 26262 compliant processes and work products. Specify safety strategies and requirements for system architecture, including safety concept, failure management and driver-warning strategies Support development of robust, fail-safe, or fault tolerant architectures and components to satisfy safety requirements Specify detailed safety requirements.

He will be the Administrative and Safety officer of the center.He will be member of safety committee. Responsible for handling all press & media related activities of the center. Checking of security arrangement and inspection.Preparation of all IMS documents relating to procurement, acceptance of samples in consultation with Principal.
