As a Fabrication Fitter skilled in glass and aluminum fabrication, your responsibilities will include:- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to determine the materials and equipment required for fabrication- Cutting, shaping, and assembling glass and aluminum materials according to design specifications- Operating machinery such as saws, drills, and CNC machines to fabricate components- Measuring and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards- Installing fabricated components on-site as required- Troubleshooting and resolving

The operator of a glass machine SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES AND TASKS:1. Get acquainted with the operating parameters of IS machines.2. Operates automatic IS machines.3. Removes minor mechanical failures of the IS machines.4. Supervises the proper use of forming parts.5. Maintains the production process according to the established standard, continuously corrects the defects of glass products noticed at the hot end and indicated by quality controllers / junior quality controllers.6. Checks the settings of automatic IS machines.7. Lubricates forming parts with a properly prepared brush, within specified time frames, according to indications.8. Keeps records of temperatures of forming parts.9. Keeps records on the activities carried out on the machine, such as: replacement of molding parts, times of correcting defects, methods of removing defects (using dedicated IT systems).10. Prepares products for dimensional and visual inspection for quality controllers and conducts ongoing product control in terms of visual defects, weight and specific geometric parameters.11. Prepares the automatic glazing machine to change assortment.12. Takes an active part in rearrangements (changes in assortments) of forming machines.13. Receives information and guidance from predecessors (change handover).14. Observes working time and uses it in the most efficient way.15. Informs the supervisor about the progress of the assigned tasks.16. Ensures that the workplace is accepted and handed over in a proper order. Maintains order in the designated area.17.
