As a Game Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development process, working closely with a talented team of designers, artists, and programmers. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining game systems, mechanics, and features. You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of game development, from gameplay programming to performance optimization, and contribute to the overall creative vision of the project.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to design and implement game mechanics, systems, and features.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Optimize game performance and ensure smooth gameplay experiences across different platforms.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Debug and fix issues in the game, including gameplay, performance, and stability.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in game development.Contribute to the creative process by providing ideas and suggestions to enhance the gameplay experience.Collaborate with other disciplines, such as artists and designers, to bring the game vision to life.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java.Experience working with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.) and their associated development tools.Solid understanding of game development principles, including gameplay mechanics, physics, AI, and networking.Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of different game genres and mechanics.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with mobile game development (iOS/Android).Familiarity with multiplayer.

Have alternate plans in place when thing do go wrong.Coordinate meeting and brainstorms to keep them efficient and productive. Document discussions and disseminate decisions, track and follow through on action items derived to ensure efficient and prompt execution.Work with artists, programmers, and designers to ensure that they are set up to perform at their maximum productivity. Be the communicator that links the production team with stakeholders. Initiate and lead process improvement initiatives. Analyze dependencies and bottlenecks in product and formulate smart solutions.Experience and Skill Required. More than 5 years of experience in the gaming industry. More than 2 years of experience as a game producer leading a team and handling a complete game development project. Shipped at least one title. Extremely self-disciplined and self-motivated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
