Worksheets & Question Paper Setting*** Design **standardized worksheets** as per prescribed format.* Ensure **competency-based, case-study-based, and application-based questions**.* Prepare **error-free question papers** aligned with worksheets for uniform assessment.---### **5. Assessment & Evaluation*** Conduct **unit tests, periodic tests, and term exams** as per school calendar.* Check answer sheets regularly and provide **constructive feedback**.* Maintain proper **records of student performance and analysis**.---### **6. Classroom Management & Discipline*** Maintain **effective classroom discipline and positive environment**.* Encourage **active participation, discussion, and critical thinking**.* Ensure no inappropriate practices that affect student mindset or discipline.---### **7.
