: Supervise and manage day to day activities at faade project sites, interpret and execute work as per drawings, ensure proper installation of facade systems, monitor alignment and leveling, coordinate with projects coordinators/managers for smooth execution. Knowledge of complete glass faade systems, understanding of anchor fastener types, embedment and ability to read/interpret faade/shop/structural drawings and specifications.

Quality Planning & Documentation : Developing and implementing the project Quality Plan(PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) You must also maintain crucial records like Material Inspection Request (MIR) and Inspection Requests (IR) Material Verification: Ensuring all incoming materials match approved submittals and meet quality standards (e.g., checking test certificates for steel or concrete) before they are used in construction. Site Inspections & Witness Testing: Conducting regular field inspections and witnessing laboratory test (such as concrete slump or cube tests) to verify that workmanship meets the required method statements. Non-Conformance Management : Identifying defects or deviations, issuing Non- Conformance Reports (NCRs), and overseeing corrective actions to ensure the issue is resolved permanently. Audit & Compliance: Performing internal quality audits and coordinating with third party inspectors or client consultants to secure approvals for completed work. Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, monthly quality reports for management to track trends and ensure the project remains on schedule without costly rework.
