We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects in Ahmedabad. Job Description: Project EngineerRole1. Lead assignments within the scope of projects. 2. Lead the entry-level engineers. Mentor & Supervise juniors. 3. Understand business needs and device engineering solutions using analysis expertise. 4. Define the scope of work, plan, allocate available resources, and ensure execution and timely completion of assignments. 5. Lead multiple projects at the same time, including cross-functional projects.6. Review work carried out by team members, and lead design reviews. 7. Approve deliverables made by the team,8. Ensure compliance with the established Quality Management Process. And work towards continuous improvement.9. Interact and communicate with business units frequently to understand their requirements.10. Strive to achieve targets on relevant key performance indicators.11. Detailed study of loads and loading combinations used for offshore design should have worked in the capacity of lead engineer (for Topside/ Jacket/FPSO Modules)3. Should have handled the Project Management functions at a senior level for 7 years 4. Strong knowledge of more than one relevant industry code/ standards5. Basic knowledge of CAD software used.6.
